This proactive approach helps prevent septic issues that often occur when your system is overwhelmed, such as during holidays or family gatherings, when increased usage can lead to backups and service providers may be unavailable.

Pricing for Annual Maintenance

We offer two flat-rate options based on your system type:

• $325 for a 2-lid system (single tank, gravity-fed)
  – New customer price: $276.25 (15% off)

• $375 for a 3-lid system (includes a pump tank with alarm floats)
  – New customer price: $318.75 (15% off)

With every annual maintenance visit, we provide a comprehensive system check that includes:

• Visual inspection of the septic tank

• Effluent filter cleaning and inspection (recommended annually by the Onsite Wastewater Board)

• Root kill additive to help prevent intrusion into the drain lines

• Visual inspection of the drain field

• Solid level measurements to help monitor when pumping is actually needed

• Alarm float operation check

• Photos and a detailed report provided for your records
